As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you'll help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while working alongside a fun, supportive team. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, replenishing the latest arrivals or preparing the store for our biggest sales, every shift brings something different.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for every customer

• Share your product knowledge and confidently recommend products that suit each customer's needs

• Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and ready for customers throughout every shift

• Replenish stock and merchandise the latest fashion, footwear, and accessories

• Assist with promotional changes, visual merchandising, and sale set-ups

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals during our peak trading period

• Support stock movement, organisation, and general store operations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment for both customers and team members

What we're looking for

• The confidence to deliver outstanding customer service

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer experiences

• Availability to work across our busiest trading period, including weekdays, late-night trade, weekends, and public holidays throughout the Christmas season
