Human Resources Manager

Diadem.inen is a rapidly growing company in the tech industry, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in our success by leading and managing all aspects of our HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives

• Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience

• Create and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Act as a mediator for conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations issues

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees and managers

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and annual reviews

• Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee skills and development

• Administer employee payroll and maintain accurate employee records

• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management on key HR KPIs

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in its HR practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management role, preferably in a tech industry

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Proven experience in managing employee relations issues effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office programs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• SHRM certification is a plus
