The Role
As Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations, from concept to execution, across our restaurant, offsite catering, and major events brands. You will inherit the legacy of Mr. Miyagi while having the freedom to innovate and shape the future.

This role is perfect for a culinary leader who thrives on creativity, mentorship, and high-pressure environments, while delivering immaculate food quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team across all M-Hospitality brands

• Develop and evolve menus, maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and portioning

• Oversee offsite catering and large-scale events, ensuring exceptional experiences

• Manage kitchen budgets, purchasing, and stock control

• Mentor, train, and empower your team to deliver at their highest level

• Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and OH&S compliance

• Collaborate with front of house and senior management to create a workplace where people love to show up

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of trade experience with relevant culinary qualifications

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills

• Creativity and flair, with a passion for pushing culinary boundaries

• Strong operational and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in high-volume, high-profile environments is a huge advantage
