About The Role
As a House Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of an NDIS accommodation service. You will work closely with participants, support workers and the management team to ensure services are delivered safely, professionally and in accordance with participants’ needs, NDIS requirements and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the home.Provide leadership, guidance and support to support workers.Promote person-centred support and positive participant outcomes.Ensure participant documentation and records are accurate, current and completed within required timeframes.Support medication, appointments and household management requirements.Monitor workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.Assist with incident reporting, risk management and follow-up actions.Maintain effective communication with participants, families, stakeholders and management.Ensure services are delivered in line with NDIS Practice Standards and Embrace Community Care policies and procedures.Maintain a positive, respectful, safe and well-organised home environment.
About You

Experience working within the disability or NDIS sector.Previous leadership, Team Leader, senior support worker or House Manager experience.Strong communication and organisational skills.A good understanding of person-centred support.The ability to lead, guide and support a team effectively.Strong documentation and reporting skills.A professional, reliable and flexible approach to work.Current relevant NDIS worker screening and employment requirements.
