LOOKING FOR EVENING WORK? JOIN JOHNNY GIO’S KINGSTON

Johnny Gio’s is opening its 2nd Canberra store in Kingston, with a tentative opening from late September to early October 2026.

We’re looking for Pizza Crew to join the foundation team.

Whether you’ve already worked in pizza and know your way around dough and ovens, or you’re new to the industry and want to learn, we want to hear from you.

Previous pizza experience definitely counts, but it’s not essential. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.

Training will take place at our Braddon store before the Kingston opening.

TRADING HOURS

Monday–Saturday: 5:00pm–10:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm–10:00pm

Hand-stretching pizza dough
Preparing toppings and quality ingredients
Working with our brick pizza oven
Keeping service fast, organised and consistent
Food preparation and kitchen set-up
Cleaning and maintaining high standards
Working with the team to deliver great pizza every shift

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You might already be an experienced pizza maker looking for extra shifts.

Or you might be someone who has never made a pizza professionally but is reliable, quick to learn and wants to develop a new skill.

Kingston is tentatively opening late September to early October 2026, with training commencing beforehand at Braddon.
