Recruitment Links Australia Lichtenstein’s Bakehouse, is seeking a motivated and experienced Baker to join our team. The successful applicant will assist in producing a range of high-quality baked goods, support the efficient day-to-day operation of the bakery, and contribute to delivering fresh products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and customer satisfaction. Benefits Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per Annum + Superannuation.

Task & responsibilities Prepare, mix, knead, proof and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and other baked products according to recipes and production schedules.   Measure and combine ingredients to ensure consistent quality and product standards.   Monitor baking times, oven temperatures and product quality throughout the baking process.

  Decorate, finish and present baked goods to a high standard where required.   Maintain appropriate stock levels of ingredients and assist with ordering and stock rotation.   Ensure all food is prepared, stored and handled in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

  Clean and maintain bakery equipment, utensils and work areas to ensure a safe and organised workplace.   Assist in developing new bakery products and seasonal offerings while maintaining quality and consistency. Qualification & experience Certificate III in Baking or an equivalent qualification.

  Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience as a Baker.   Sound knowledge of baking techniques, food safety and hygiene practices.   Strong time management and organisational skills.

  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.
