Trainee Pest Control Technicians

• Above award hourly rate + super

About the Role

You’ll deliver high-quality pest management services across residential& preconstruction sectors including:

• Conducting thorough inspections and carrying out effective treatments

• Identifying pest issues and providing informed, practical solutions

• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships

• Representing the Flick brand with professionalism, integrity, and pride

Trainees are fully supported through every stage of their training and licensing.

About You

We’re open to:

✔ Trainee Technicians (no experience required – training and licence included)
✔ Licensed Pest Technicians

You’ll ideally have:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Current valid driver’s licence

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Pest Management Licence (for licensed/Timber Pest Inspector roles)
