We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Call Centre team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoy working in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle 30–40 inbound customer calls per day, assisting with orders, product enquiries, and general support.
- Respond to customer emails and follow up on enquiries promptly.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely resolution of customer needs.
- Uphold Warwick Fabrics’ strong reputation for friendly, efficient, and reliable service.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous customer service or inbound call centre experience is helpful but not essential.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- A punctual and dependable approach to work, with a commitment to reliability.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Pronto) or Zendesk is a bonus – full training provided.
