Job Description:• Experience: 7 to 10 years of overall industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI-related roles.• GenAI Expertise: Strong background in Data Science or Machine Learning, with recent hands-on experience in Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM-based applications, AI agents, and related technologies.• Application Development & Azure: Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that integrate with leading LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI). Should have practical experience working within the Azure ecosystem, particularly from an application and agent development perspective, including deployment and integration of AI solutions. Deep infrastructure expertise is not required.• Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and associated ML/AI development frameworks, libraries, and tools relevant to building and deploying GenAI applications.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
