This is a 12-month maximum term contract opportunity with the potential to extend based on operational requirements at the end of the term.

What You'll Be Leading

• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of head and neck clinical trials, from site set-up and ethics submissions through to close-out and reporting
• Acting as the primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure protocol compliance and audit readiness
• Coordinating patient recruitment, consent processes, and data integrity in alignment with ICH-GCP standards
• Supporting new trial submissions and contributing to grant applications and academic outputs

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience managing clinical trials within an oncology or specialist hospital environment
• Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, TGA requirements, and HREC processes
• Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiation and medical oncologists
• Experience with clinical trial management systems and research governance frameworks
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage concurrent protocols without compromising data quality
• A tertiary qualification in a health science, nursing, or related discipline
