About the role
Auto Door Technician – Precision Doors Darwin
Precision Doors Darwin is expanding and we're looking for motivated and reliable people to join our growing team. If you're a qualified tradesperson, an experienced Trades Assistant, or a hardworking Labourer looking to build a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As part of our installation and service team, you'll work across a diverse range of residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout the Darwin region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing residential roller doors and roller shutters
Installing, servicing and repairing automatic gates
Welding and light fabrication
Installing Automatic Sliding Doors
Installing commercial doors, including fire-rated doors
General maintenance, repairs and construction-related tasks
Working independently and collaboratively as part of a professional team
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
A qualified Carpenter, experienced Trades Assistant or Labourer
Reliable, punctual and takes pride in producing quality workmanship
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit with a positive, can-do attitude
Committed to workplace health and safety
Skills & Qualifications:
The following are highly regarded:
Current Driver's Licence
Construction White Card
Experience with automatic doors, garage doors & automatic gates
Experience with welding or general construction
Ability to pass a National Police Check
Own hand tools (preferred but not essential)
