Bobcat Mill Operator

Tompsett Asphalt is an Australian-owned company specialising in asphalt paving, road maintenance, pavement rehabilitation and civil construction. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Bobcat Mill Operator to join our team based in Sunshine West, VIC.

You will operate a Bobcat/skid steer fitted with a milling attachment, supporting our asphalt and road rehabilitation projects.

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience operating a Bobcat with milling attachment.

• Experience in asphalt, road construction or civil construction.

• HR or HC licence will be highly regarded.

• White Card and valid driver's licence.

• Strong safety awareness and a good understanding of SWMS.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.

• Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts and travel when required.
