About Us
American Doughnut Kitchen is a Melbourne icon, famous for our hot jam doughnuts since 1950. We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Supervisor to join our team at Prahran Market.

About the Role
You’ll support the daily operations of our market store, working hands‑on while guiding the team to deliver great service and consistently high product quality. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily running of shifts, staff workflows and continued high standard of customer service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with doughnut preparation, cooking, and service
• Provide direction and support to team members
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards
• Serve customers and operate the POS
• Manage stock rotation and restocking
• Weekly stocktake and ordering to internal & external suppliers
• Help keep the venue running smoothly and safely

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in fast food, hospitality, or fast paced retail
• Confidence leading small teams
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Positive, hands‑on attitude
• Coffee experience a big plus
• Must have weekday availability on market days (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) and also weekend shifts.
• Food safety knowledge
