Store Person

About the role

Join Essentra Pty Ltd as a full-time Store Person based in Wetherill Park, NSW. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the efficient and organised operation of the company's warehousing and distribution facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a key logistics function within a leading manufacturing and distribution organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Operating a high reach forklift (LO Forklift licence is required)

• Accurately picking and packing stock using an RF scanner and/or computer

• Managing stock levels in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Receiving inbound goods (unloading goods into the receiving area)

• Wrapping and staging orders ready to be shipped

• Transfer of stock around the warehouse, including stock weighing up to 15kg

• Perform cycle counts on a daily basis

• Identify safety hazards in the workplace

• General housekeeping around the warehouse area

• Other general warehouse duties form part of the role as required.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience using a high reach forklift with LO license is required

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes

• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
