Role Requirements

• We are hiring for a start date of Monday 19 October 2026.
• You must be available to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
• This is a Full Time role / 38-hour week.

​Do work that matters:

In this full time role, you will warmly and efficiently assist our customers over the phone with their Equities Account enquires.  Over the phone will be the first point of contact for many of our customers.

You will flourish in this role by:

• Connecting with our customers, building trust and rapport through meaningful conversations.
• Using your problem-solving skills to understand and identify customers concerns and issues, delivering thoughtful and effective solutions that foster positive outcomes.
• Guiding customers through our products, services, and processes with ease - taking the time to explain complex issues in a clear and respectful way to ensure all customers, regardless of their financial knowledge, are effortlessly and appropriately supported.

  For some roles in this intake, the ability to confidently support customers in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly valued. This includes handling enquiries end‑to‑end and building rapport through professional, fluent conversation.
