What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking with warm, pre-qualified leads (zero cold calling) — including customers referred through our NRMA partnership

• Building real trust and rapport with clients

• Managing the full client journey from intro to happy outcome

• Collaborating with a tight-knit, supportive team

• Constantly improving through weekly team training and coaching

What We're Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing service — you know how to read people and make them feel looked after

• Building rapport is your superpower

• You're confident with people but never pushy

• A customer-first attitude with a dash of greatness

• You want to grow fast, learn every week, and be part of a real team

• Comfortable picking up new systems and multitasking

• Bonus: any experience in sales, automotive, finance, or insurance (not required — we'll train you)
