MC Local Truck Driver and Yard Person

F & A Scarcella Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and reliable MC Dog Runner / Yard Hand to join our new Adelaide operations.

The role will involve a combination of local driving, yard duties, pickups and deliveries, as well as regular “dog runs” to Port Augusta to deliver and collect trailers.

When not completing dog runs, the position will generally be based around a standard 40-hour working week.

Start times and daily duties will vary depending on operational requirements. You will be notified of your expected start time and duties the day prior.

Pay Structure

• Hourly rate for local driving and yard hand duties: $43.50/hr flat rate

• Mileage percent rate when completing dog runs to Port Augusta. (Rate available upon further request)

Requirements

• Current MC Licence – Mandatory

• BFM accreditation – Preferred but not essential

This is a varied role where no two days are necessarily the same, so the ability to adapt to changing tasks and schedules is important.
