We're currently looking for a Speech Pathologist to cover Sydney's Western Suburbs. We allocate your caseload close to where you live!

This is a six month, part time contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent at the end of the contract.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Speech Pathologist at Super Rehab, you'll support older adults and NDIS participants to improve their swallowing, communication and quality of life — all in the comfort of their homes.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech pathology assessments focused on communication, swallowing, functional participation, and client goals

• Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans, including communication strategies, dysphagia support, and capacity-building interventions

• Designing, trialling, and supporting augmentative and alternative communication systems and resources for clients with complex communication needs

• Working collaboratively with clients, families, support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to support safe, consistent, and person-centred outcomes

What a Typical Day Looks Like

What We're Looking For

• Speech Pathology degree (essential)

• SPA Registration - certified practicing member (essential)

• Some prior aged care and/or disability experience (desirable)

• NDIS Worker Check (or willing to apply)

• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance (essential)

• Current Driver's Licence + access to your own vehicle (essential)
