The HR Administrator is responsible for delivering specialised human resource administration and workforce compliance services across AFSS.
Working closely with the AFSS Recruiter and the HR Systems Administrator, the position exercises initiative and judgement in administering workforce compliance requirements, recruitment and onboarding processes, contract administration, employee records management, HR systems and workforce reporting.
The role provides complex administrative support to the Human Resources function and is responsible for maintaining effective systems and processes that support organisational compliance, workforce management and continuous improvement.

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, Management or related discipline.
