Electrician

Wilken Service Pty Ltd is a well-established civil electrical contractor specialising in Level 1 ASP works across Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks. Due to continued growth in 2026, we are seeking experienced Electricians to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to secure long-term, stable employment with strong EBA conditions and career progression.

About the Role

You will be working on civil electrical infrastructure projects including network construction, upgrades and maintenance across NSW. The role involves both day and occasional night works, with overtime available.

Essential Requirements

·        Certificate III in ESI – Electrotechnology Electrician

·        Current Electrical Licence (NSW)

·        ASP1 accreditation (Preferable but not essential)

·        ASP statutory refresher training up to date (Preferable but not essential)

·        WHS General Construction Induction (White Card)

·        Current driver’s licence

·        Ability to travel when required

·        Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening

What We’re Looking For

·        Strong commitment to WHS and compliance

·        Experience working on Ausgrid and/or Endeavour Energy networks (highly regarded)

·        Ability to work both independently and within a crew

·        Reliable with strong work ethic and attendance record

·        Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments

·        Positive attitude and team-first mindset

What We Offer

·        Full-time permanent position under EBA conditions

·        Hourly rate: $60 per hour (dependent on experience)

·        40-hour week (with 2 hours banked toward monthly RDO)

·        Monthly RDO

·        Overtime with penalty rates

·        Rain days

·        PPE provided (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)
