Prestige Homes & Granny Flats is seeking motivated, driven, and confident Sales Consultants to join our growing team specialising in new homes and granny flat builds throughout the Mandurah and Peel region.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who are hungry to succeed and want to take control of their income with uncapped earning potential.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and guiding clients through the process of designing and building their dream home or granny flat.

This is a subcontractor position operating under your own ABN/ACN and is ideally suited to highly motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new sales leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing activities

• Meet with clients to understand their building goals and budgets

• Provide expert guidance throughout the design and building process

• Prepare and present building proposals and quotations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

• Work closely with our internal team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the residential building or construction industry

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach

• Knowledge of new home builds, granny flats, and local building trends is highly regarded

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Must hold or be willing to operate under an ABN/ACN
