ESTATES PARALEGAL

An exciting opportunity has become available due to the imminent retirement of a long-standing and experienced paralegal.

This role offers flexible hours and the chance to join a friendly, supportive team environment. Full-time hours can also be negotiated.

You will work closely with our solicitors, assisting with a range of estate administration matters and helping ensure smooth, efficient file management.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing probate documents

• Completing forms required by asset holders

• Arranging signing appointments

• Communicating with asset holders

• Arranging for assets to be paid to the estate

• Preparing correspondence to executors and beneficiaries

• General file management and administrative support

About You

• Previous legal experience (essential)

• Reliable, efficient, and well-organised

• Strong attention to detail

• Friendly and professional communication skills

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reside in a reasonable proximity to Toukley
