About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll manage a residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing Residential Leases and Management Agreements
• Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Bond processing and administration

You will also preferably be able to handle:

• Managing insurance claims
• Handling SACAT matters when required
• Bank reconciliation and rental trust accounting
• End of month procedures and reporting

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Current SA Property Manager Licence
• Current SA Driver's Licence
• Proven experience within the property management industry
• Proficient knowledge of industry systems including PropertyMe, Tenant Options, Bonds Online, and Office 365
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
