Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to join a high-growth, technology & infrastructure business with an international footprint. This is a rare, high-impact role offering global exposure within a fast-scaling organisation.
Reporting into the Risk Director you will build and run the regulatory framework to keep the organisation compliant across four jurisdictions with a sharp focus on energy & grid access, digital assets and securities regulation, AI, employment law, immigration, payroll and privacy. This is a hands-on, build-it-from-the-ground-up role. You'll partner closely with People & Culture, Legal and the Executive team and present directly to the Board's Audit and Risk Committee.
Ideally you will have 8-10+ years’ experience within line 2 compliance with demonstrable multi-jurisdiction regulatory expertise, a track record of building compliance frameworks from scratch and experience in complex, regulated environments (data centres, banking, infrastructure or energy a plus). You will flourish in this environment if you thrive on autonomy, multi-jurisdictional responsibility and want to help shape compliance in at one of the fastest-growing renewable AI infrastructure companies globally.
