Richglen are looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Supervisor to join our dedicated maintenance team on a major long-term contract in the Blackwater region.

Role: Mechanical or Electrical Supervisor – 7/7 Roster
Location: Blackwater, QLD
Employment Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: Competitive Rate

This permanent role offers:

• 7/7 roster (Thursday to Wednesday – rotating day/night shifts)

• 12.5-hour shifts

• Field maintenance on draglines

• Crew of 6: 1 Supervisor, 2 Fitters, 2 Electricians, 1 Boilermaker

• Meals and accommodation provided

• Daily camp-to-site travel allowance

• RMS vehicle supplied

• 5 weeks annual leave

What You’ll Need:

✔ Proven experience with dragline maintenance – essential
✔ Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
✔ Supervisory or leading hand experience
✔ Current Coal Board Medical
✔ Current Standard 11
✔ Strong leadership skills and a safety-first mindset
