Field Sales Representative

CATTO Security Group is seeking a confident, friendly and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to promote our residential security patrol services.

This field-based role involves door-to-door outreach mainly in Toorak and Hawthorn/ Camberwell, speaking with homeowners, explaining our services and generating qualified leads. You will use an iPad to present information, collect contact details and record daily outreach results. Occasional kiosk-based promotional work may also be required.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce CATTO’s residential security patrol services.
• Clearly explain service benefits and answer basic customer questions.
• Use an iPad to present information, capture enquiries and record visit outcomes.
• Distribute information packs and promotional materials.
• Track daily activity, leads, customer feedback and follow-up requirements.
• Represent CATTO Security Group professionally at all times.
• Occasionally assist with kiosk activations and community promotions.
