What you will need:

• Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence

• Strong experience in industrial electrical maintenance

• Proven ability to fault find and diagnose issues across control and power circuits

• Experience working within live industrial environments

• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with site procedures

• General Construction Induction - White Card

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Attend pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, breakdown and emergency maintenance on industrial electrical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults, minimising downtime and maximising plant performance.

• Install, modify and commission electrical equipment, control systems and associated infrastructure.

• Assist with PLC, motor control and automation systems, including testing, troubleshooting and commissioning activities.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with Australian Standards, site requirements and company procedures.

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional technical support and customer service.

• Complete maintenance reports, service records and project documentation accurately and on time.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability and operational efficiency.

• Support team development through knowledge sharing, training and mentoring of apprentices where required.
  

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:

• First Aid & CPR Certification

• High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)

• Working at Heights (WaH) Qualification

• EWP licence (Yellow Card)

• Experience with PLC fault finding and industrial automation systems

• Exposure to industrial control systems and process environments

• Minimum 7 years' experience in the industrial sector
