Full-Time - Law Graduate (Immediate Start)

We are looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Paralegal or Law Graduate to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad practical experience across multiple areas of law while working closely with our Principal and experienced legal professionals. Ongoing mentoring and support will be provided.

You will be involved in a diverse range of legal matters, including:

• Leasing

• Conveyancing

• Wills & Estates

• Litigation

• General legal matters

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence

• Communicating with clients and other stakeholders

• Managing files and legal matters

• Preparing and completing property transactions using PEXA

• Providing administrative and legal support to the team

The ideal candidate will have:

• A law degree (completed or near completion) or paralegal experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A professional, client-focused approach

• Experience with PEXA (preferred but not essential)

• Immediate start

• Full-time, permanent position

• Mentoring from experienced practitioners

• Broad exposure to a variety of legal practice areas
