Used vehicle sales assistant (trainee)

About the role

Next Ride WA is a Malaga-based dealership specialising in used, unique and performance vehicles. This is a genuine entry-level role with a clear path. You come in, you learn how deals actually get done, and once you're licensed you move onto the sales floor with uncapped commission and a company vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Contacting and following up incoming leads

• Booking appointments and coordinating the sales diary

• Preparing and checking deal paperwork

• Conducting test drives with customers

• Supporting the sales team through the full deal process, from first enquiry to delivery

• Learning our aftercare and finance processes

• Keeping the yard presentation sharp and vehicle information accurate

About you

• A genuine interest in cars and the motor trade

• Confident, professional communication — you'll be speaking with customers from day one

• Strong organisation and attention to detail, especially around paperwork

• Reliability and a willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment

• A current WA manual driver's licence

• The ability to work Monday to Friday plus Saturday half days
