Role DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented professional to support project management and corporate strategy initiatives. The role combines strategic planning, business analysis, project execution, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to support organizational growth and the successful delivery of key business objectives.Key responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of corporate strategies, analyzing business performance and market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. The role will also involve coordinating strategic projects, tracking milestones and deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities.The successful candidate will prepare management reports, business analysis, presentations, and performance updates to support decision-making. The role also involves monitoring KPIs, identifying project risks and issues, evaluating project outcomes, supporting process improvements, and coordinating with different departments to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives.QualificationsStrong understanding of project management, corporate strategy, business analysis, and organizational planning.Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, projects, and measurable outcomes.Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, resource coordination, and performance monitoring.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.Understanding of business strategy, market analysis, competitive analysis, and KPI management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and management presentations.Familiarity with project management, BI, ERP, or data visualization tools is an advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.Strong commercial awareness and a structured approach to strategic problem-solving.Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution, continuous improvement, and organizational growth.High level of professionalism, accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.
