About the role
This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP
The Standards and Integrity Directorate, within the Professional Standards and Conduct Division, strengthens the Department's integrity framework and promotes a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical decision-making through:
This role directly supports these functions by providing high-quality analysis, reporting and actionable insights that enable informed decision-making, strengthen integrity controls, support regulatory compliance and facilitate early prevention and intervention strategies across the Department.
The Role
Working within a highly regulated integrity environment, you will deliver accurate, timely reporting and analysis relating to complaints and investigations involving misconduct, disciplinary matters, corruption, fraud and reportable conduct. You will use data-driven insights to identify emerging trends, risk indicators and opportunities for early intervention, supporting proactive prevention strategies, risk mitigation and improved child safeguarding outcomes.
You will bring experience in data and reporting environments, with the ability to strengthen data quality, reporting methodologies and business processes. You will be skilled in, or have the ability to develop strong skills in, analysing misconduct, disciplinary, investigation and child safety data, applying relevant legislative and policy frameworks to identify trends, assess risks and develop actionable insights that inform operational responses, preventative strategies and system improvement.
Combining technical expertise, sound judgement and stakeholder engagement skills, you will work collaboratively to collect, analyse and interpret complex information, delivering trusted, evidence-based reporting, dashboards and tactical and strategic intelligence products. Your work will support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, early prevention and intervention activities, and the continual strengthening of integrity and child safeguarding systems across the Department.
