Educator

Based at our Brighton Road Early Education Centre, you’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative team focused on creating a nurturing, engaging and safe environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of a child-led, play-based curriculum (EYLF)

• Creating inclusive, nurturing environments that support each child’s unique development

• Collaborating with families and team members to build strong relationships

• Promoting health, safety, and wellbeing every day

What You’ll Need:

• Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

• Experience in a similar role

• Strong understanding of early childhood development & EYLF or a willingness to learn and grow within the role

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
