GAMING attendant

We are seeking a Casual Gaming Attendant for the Royal Oak Richmond (VIC 3121) specifically for night shifts. You will provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe, compliant gaming environment for our patrons during late-night venue operations.

What You'll Be Doing (Night Shifts)

• Regulation Compliance: Monitor gaming areas to ensure legal and policy compliance.

• Customer Support: Assist patrons with machine operations and venue queries.

• Late-Night Safety: Observe behavior to keep the environment secure and orderly.

• Responsible Gaming: Active support of venue responsible gambling initiatives.

• Cash Handling: Securely process transactions and manage cash procedures.

• Venue Care: Keep the gaming floor clean and report machine faults to night management.

What We're Looking For

• Availability: Must be available for consistent night and late-evening shifts.

• Certifications: Valid RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) and RSA certificates. RSG Module 1 must.

• Experience: Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly preferred.

• Skills: Strong customer service, sharp observation, and honest cash handling.
