Transport Scheduler / Operations

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for logistics and operations? We are seeking a dedicated Transport Scheduler / Administrator to join our growing team. This is a vital role at the heart of our transport operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of of our staff, vehicles, drivers, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule transport routes for our staff and driver assignments

• Liaise with our staff, drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries

• Monitor rostering and scheduling operations and respond to issues in real time

• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for compliance and analysis

• Assist with administrative duties including data entry, invoicing, and reporting

• Support our managers with day-to-day operational tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics, or fleet operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

• Proficient in MS Office and transport management systems (TMS experience a plus)

• A team player with a proactive attitude and a customer-focused approach

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in transport scheduling, logistics, or fleet operations is required

• Australian work rights are required for this position
