We have built our reputation on quality workmanship, reliability and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Waterproofing and Silicone Applicators who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional team.

• Applying waterproofing membranes to bathrooms, balconies, rooftops, podiums, basements and retaining walls.

• Installing silicone sealants to bathrooms, kitchens, windows, expansion joints and external façades.

• Preparing substrates including cleaning, grinding, priming and detailing.

• Installing bond breakers, waterstops and reinforcement systems.

• Reading plans and following project specifications.

• Completing work safely and efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

• Liaising professionally with builders, supervisors and clients.

• Maintaining company vehicles, tools and equipment.

• Completing site documentation and quality assurance records.

• Experience in waterproofing and/or silicone application.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

• Construction White Card.

• ABN (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Professional presentation and communication skills.

• Pride in leaving every job to the highest standard.

• Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing.

• Experience with liquid-applied membranes, sheet membranes and torch-on systems.

• Working at Heights Ticket.

• EWP Ticket.

• First Aid Certificate.

• Above-award hourly rates based on experience.

• Plenty of overtime available.
