About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to lead our flagship in Sydney. FUN KEY JUMPING CASTLES PTY LTD is an Australian registered company known primarily for providing transport solutions to support logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic fleet management plans aligned with the organisation's overall objectives.

• Oversee the full fleet lifecycle, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing fleet efficiency and reducing operational expenses.

• Foster strong working relationships with internal departments and key external stakeholders such as suppliers and government agencies.

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the fleet team, encouraging high performance and continuous professional development.

• Manage fleet budgets and leverage performance metrics to enable data-driven, strategic decision-making.

About you

• Proven experience (1-2 years) in fleet management

• Qualification in business or related discipline is required.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.

• Offering outstanding customer service and you consider the entire customer experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
