About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our General Manager of Sales, while also offering occasional assistance to members of the broader leadership team. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-level executive, administrative, and secretarial support
• Managing complex calendars, emails, appointments, and business priorities
• Coordinating meetings, interstate travel, events, and stakeholder engagements
• Preparing, collating, and coordinating reports, presentations, board papers, and correspondence
• Supporting the Sales leadership team with administrative and operational requirements
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating across teams to support business initiatives
• Following up on key actions, gathering information, and ensuring timely delivery of requests and outcomes
• Assisting in the coordination and execution of team events, leadership meetings, and strategic projects
• Full-time position based at our Norwest office

About You

You are an experienced Executive Assistant who is professional, approachable, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working as a trusted business partner, anticipating needs, solving problems, and making things happen behind the scenes.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Outstanding organisational, planning, and time management capabilities
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• A high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Previous experience within the residential construction or property industry will be highly regarded
