Who You AreYou are an experienced scheduling professional who thrives in complex, highly integrated program environments. You bring strong analytical capability, attention to detail and a practical understanding of how effective scheduling supports delivery, governance and informed decision making. You are confident working with project teams and senior stakeholders, able to challenge constructively, communicate clearly and build trusted relationships. You take pride in schedule quality and integrity and are comfortable analysing critical paths, assessing impacts and contributing to continuous improvement of scheduling practices and capability.
What You’ll BringDefence Capability Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Australian Defence Capability System and the complex governance, acquisition and delivery environments in which Defence programs operate.Scheduling Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in scheduling roles across complex Defence, aerospace, major infrastructure, acquisition or similar complex programs.Open Plan Professional: At least 2 years practical experience using Open Plan Professional in a scheduling role.Schedule Analysis & Reporting: Demonstrated experience undertaking critical path analysis, dependency management, schedule performance analysis and risk/impact assessment, with the ability the produce clear and meaningful executive level schedule reporting.Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, project teams and multidisciplinary functions.Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to details and a disciplined approach to maintaining accurate and reliable schedule information.Ability to access ITAR controlled materialSecurity Clearance: AGSVA NV1 or above.
