Round the Way Bagels Food Truck has been a leader in the mobile catering industry for over 14 years, serving up delicious food at various events, including private functions, weddings, music gigs, surf comps, and more. From casual street food to formal sit-down weddings, we provide a unique and varied experience for both our guests and our team members.

The Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Front of House / Wait Staff to join our team! This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the mobile catering industry, working at various events and locations while learning the ropes of customer service and food handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Assist in serving food and beverages during events.
• Help with setting up and packing down at various event locations.
• Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Personable, friendly, and eager to learn.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Good personal appearance and hygiene.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Availability on some Friday nights and weekends.
• Working with Childrens check

Preferred Skills (Not Essential):

• Australian Driver’s License.
• Bar experience is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of hospitality and food service.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate of $31 - $34 per hour + Super + Weekend Rates
• Approx. 15-25 hours per week with flexibility.
