About the role
We are excited to invite passionate hospitality professionals to join the Food & Beverage team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

About the Roles
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:
Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service across our restaurants, bars, and events spaces
Supporting daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, functions, and guest experiences
Leading and supporting team members to deliver service excellence (Team Leader positions)
Ensuring food and beverage standards are maintained in line with brand expectations
Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and team members
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment (preferred)
Current RSA certification
Current Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
For Team Leader roles, previous experience supervising or leading a Food & Beverage team is preferred
