Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing to accurately identify mechanical and electrical faults
  

• Service, repair, and replace diesel engines, transmissions, steering, braking, and lighting systems
  

• Carry out preventative maintenance on light vehicles, prime movers, and agricultural machinery (including cotton pickers)
  

• Conduct test drives to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance
  

• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and parts inventory
  

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and workshop procedures
  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop environment
