Registered Nurse - ICU

Lumia Care is currently seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join our growing agency team.

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced critical care environments while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams. You'll have the flexibility to work across a variety of ICU settings, broadening your experience while maintaining control over your schedule.

• Deliver safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients

• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Support patients and their families throughout their care journey

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Adhere to hospital policies and ICU best practice standards

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU nursing experience

• Relevant ICU qualifications and/or training

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Availability for flexible AM, PM and night shifts

• Full Australian working rights

• Current National Police Check (preferred)

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (preferred)
