Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Tumbled Pty Ltd in Adelaide. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst contributing meaningfully to our marketing communications efforts. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns and communications that drive brand awareness and engagement. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible work opportunities whilst gaining valuable experience in marketing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media and traditional media

• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as emails, newsletters, social media content and promotional collateral

• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer records and campaign tracking systems

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives

• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on marketing metrics and results

• Assist with event coordination and promotional activities as required

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategy development

• Manage social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Support the development of marketing content calendars and project timelines

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software or CRM platforms

• Experience with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing principles

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools such as Canva would be advantageous

• Experience in marketing communications, brand management or a similar marketing role is preferred
