About the role
A well-established wholesaler located in Kilsyth is seeking an experienced Finance, Administration and Quality Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our finance department. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines accounts administration, finance support and quality management responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities
Monitor and follow up non-conformances and corrective actions
Complete customer questionnaires
Support the Finance Team across a range of accounting and administrative functions
Manage accounts receivable, including proactively following up customers by phone and email
Collaborate with the account team to manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process including payment allocation and customer account reconciliations
Assist with PPSR registrations, compliance requirements, and credit insurance
Provide backup support for processing customer credit applications
Support month-end reporting and financial close processes
About you
Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance-related role
Proven experience in debt collection and managing customer accounts
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across a range of financial, administration and quality management responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software and systems, Tencia software is preferred but not mandatory
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Adaptability and flexibility to respond effectively to changing business needs, priorities, and responsibilities
