As the Clinical Nurse Consultant – Intensive Care Outreach, you'll provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy to improve outcomes for deteriorating patients across the care continuum. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you'll deliver advanced clinical care, mentor and educate staff, lead quality improvement initiatives, drive evidence-based practice, and shape contemporary critical care services while ensuring the highest standards of safe, person-centred care.
