2. Booking vehicles and coordinating workshop schedules - Coordinate bookings and support the day-to-day flow of the workshop.

3. Recommending the right tyre and mechanical solutions - Help customers understand their options to provide a safe, well maintained vehicle.

4. Keeping customers informed throughout their visit - Communicate clearly so customers always know what's happening.

5. Working closely with the workshop team to deliver an exceptional experience - Represent the DMH difference, by delivering service that builds trust and keeps customers coming back.
