Don't worry if you don’t know everything on day one; we provide comprehensive training to build your AI search capabilities and ensure you feel confident and supported.

What you’ll be doing and learning:

• SEO & GEO: Create and implement tailored Search Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation strategies.

• Paid Search & Performance Media: Create and manage campaigns across Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Meta Ads.

• Content & Website Management: Craft compelling copy and optimise site structures for search visibility.

• Client Management & Reporting: Build strong client relationships, provide insightful regular reporting, and communicate clear campaign value.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings solid marketing foundations, strong curiosity, and a great cultural fit for our Perth team. Ideally, you bring:

• Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in a previous digital marketing, agency, in-house or client-facing marketing role.

• Mindset: Proactive, accountable, and collaborative, with a drive to continuously learn and share knowledge.

• Communication: Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy and collaborate effectively.

• Organisation: Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and shifting priorities.

• Qualifications: Tertiary studies in marketing, business, or related fields are well regarded, but real-world drive, aptitude, and experience matter most.

Requirements: You must have full working rights in Australia and be based in Perth (this is an office-based role in our Perth CBD headquarters, with flexible WFH options).
