We are looking for a Grader Operator!

Fulltime | Immediate Start available | Bairnsdale and East Gippsland

About the Opportunity

If you know your way around a grader and take pride in leaving a smooth, clean finish behind you, this role is for you. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Grader Operator to join our Road Maintenance team full‑time. You’ll be working across the stunning East Gippsland region on a wide mix of road maintenance projects - no two weeks look the same. Some travel and nights away are part of the gig due to the size of the municipal area.

Your day‑to‑day will include operating plant to tight tolerances, producing high‑quality road surfaces, and taking responsibility for delivering work to spec. You’ll also help guide other operators and support safe, efficient road operations.

The Ideal Candidate

🦺 Experienced in road construction and maintenance grading and confident and precise behind the controls

🦺 Brings a positive, solutions‑focused mindset

🦺 Works well solo but also fits easily into a team and can communicate clearly

🦺 Holds a Manual Driver’s Licence, White Card and Grader ticket

🦺 Able to complete a medical, police check and meet Australian work eligibility
