We’re currently seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to enhance our Perth operations division and support our team, based in Balcatta. If you have experience in scheduling, installations or data base management, this is the opportunity to take your career to the next level. So, what will you be doing?

As our Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our builders receive a seamless, top-notch experience. You will be at the heart of our operations keeping everything running smoothly:

• Managing purchase and sales orders, setting up projects in our ERP system, and coordinating schedules with supervisors, clients, and sub-contractors.

• Managing a data base of jobs through internal and external systems in order to complete compliance and job requirements.

• Handling data entry, invoicing, and addressing customer inquiries via email and phone.

• Offering exceptional after-sales support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
