Cook Summer Salt Cronulla – Sydney Restaurant Group Sydney Restaurant Group (SRG) operates a portfolio of award-winning restaurants across Sydney, ranging from 2-hatted fine dining venues to relaxed cafés and stunning waterfront destinations.

Our diversity allows us to deliver exceptional dining experiences for every occasion. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join the team at Summer Salt Cronulla, our iconic beachfront venue. About the Role

As a Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, supporting daily service while maintaining high culinary and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. About You

You will ideally bring: Relevant culinary qualification and at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role; Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure;

Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic; High standards of personal presentation and hygiene; A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking;

Strong teamwork and communication skills; Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety regulations; Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

What We Offer Permanent full-time position;

Competitive salary of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum, depending on experience; Opportunity to work with an established and growing hospitality group; Supportive team culture and career development opportunities within SRG.
